SPEL’s Board considered the
un-audited accounts for the FYQ3 2013-14. Despite softer than usual
consumer demand for electronic consumer goods during the holiday season,
SPEL finished with EBITDA to the tune of ₹3.84 Crores & Cash Profit of
₹2.76 Crores.
The normal drivers of the Semiconductor industry’s growth, computing,
consumer electronics and automotive electronics, are showing signs of
recovery due to reduced inventory levels. This is expected to help SPEL
to finish FY 2013-14 on a stronger note.
SPEL is putting in its best efforts to reduce all-round expenses &
working on new strategies to tap various other business opportunities.
