The 28th Annual General
Body Meeting of SPEL Semiconductor Limited was held on Jul 29, 2013.
After confirming that the required quorum was present, the Company
Secretary read the Auditors report.
Updates were provided to the Shareholders on the Company’s performance &
future growth plans. The Semiconductor Industry trend and emerging
market applications were briefed
The resolutions as circulated in the Annual report to the Shareholders
were put to vote and were carried unanimously by the Shareholders.
