 Appointment of WTD

Mr. D. Balakrishnan, Chief Executive Officer, has been appointed as Whole Time Director on SPEL’s Board. He has been designated as Director & CEO. The appointment is with effect from Jun 19, 2014 and subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Mr. N. Sivashanmugam, Whole Time Director, will be retiring from SPEL on Jul 31, 2014.
