Wash hands frequently with
disinfectant soap for at least 20 seconds each time ; do not waste
soap/sanitizers, use only required quantity

Practise respiratory hygiene by
covering your mouth & nose, when you cough or sneeze, with handkerchief,
bent elbow (if wearing full sleeve clothing) or tissue. Need to wash
hands with sanitizer after using handkerchief or tissue.

Avoid touching your eyes, nose & mouth
without washing your hands

Maintain social distancing ; at least
3-feet, preferably 6 feet from all

Don’t shake hands – good opportunity

Clean door-handles, hand-rails,
table-surfaces and other high usage areas with sanitizer, preferably
hourly

Use Manual attendance instead of
Biometric attendance during this time ; can be extended if required. In
course of time, convert to touch-less.

Employees who interact with visitors
are advised to wear Masks ; visitors to also be requested to wear masks
Refrain from travel to affected areas & countries

Build immunity by the following :
o Eat healthy good – avoid fried & sweet items
o Consume more warm water frequently and avoid all cold drinks
o Brisk exercise for 45 minutes
o 7-8 hours of sound sleep

Children below 10 years and Elders
above 65 years should stay home

If you have fever, cough or difficulty
breathing, seek medical care

by your healthcare provider

Separately regarding Toilets, need to
maintain 3 points in each : clean, no smell and dry. Each person should
also be advised to ensure proper usage.
