Mr. P. Balamurugan, Head (Operations)

Mr. P. Balamurugan holds a degree in Engineering (Electronics & Communication) from College of Engineering, Anna University, Chennai and MS in Management Systems from BITS-Pilani. He has about 33 years of experience in Semiconductor Industry. He started his career with SPEL as Equipment Engineer and later took in charge of Process Engineering. He was instrumental in evolving the various quality

management systems in the company, improving the product quality through various statistical process control techniques, adopting energy conservation measures on a continuous basis and introducing various lean manufacturing concepts in the company. He leads the Head Operations.

Mr. N. J. Chandrasekar, Head (Special Projects)

Mr. N J Chandrasekar is SPEL’s Head - Special Projects, reporting to Head Operations. He leads team of professionals. He was instrumental in implementing environmental management activities such as Lead-free, ROHS Compliance, Green Packaging and SONY Green Partner Program. He is committed to meet the Customer’s Quality requirements and expectations.

He is part of the team which strives for the balancing the work force and talent management for the better growth of the company.

Mr. N. J. Chandrasekar holds a degree in Engineering (Electronics & Communication) from Madras University and MS in Engineering Management Systems from BITS - Pilani. He has over 30 years of experience in Semiconductor Industry and started his profession in SPEL as Technical Sales Engineer, held key positions in QMS & MR.
